If you set a deck to “public,” you grant all users a license to view and interact with that content. Public decks may be indexed, rated, liked, or featured unless revoked by you. Do not make a deck public if it contains personal data, copyrighted content you don’t own, or sensitive information.
Variance complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on the platform, you may submit a notice to [email protected]. We reserve the right to remove infringing content and, in repeat cases, terminate offending accounts.
